The Tunkhannock BPW Club was chartered on October 1947 to create and achieve equity for all women in the workplace through advocacy, education, and information.

BPW Organizational Structure

 

 

Local Organization - consists of business and professional women who are interested in the objectives of BPW. Local Organizations meet monthly throughout the year.

 

District -  comprised of local organizations according to geographical location. There are 12 districts in PA, each headed by a District Director. Districts hold meetings twice a year.

 

State Federation -comprised of all local organizations in the 12 districts. The State Federation holds an annual convention in June.

 

National Federation - comprised of all state federations.
